Rob has been a Deputy Head at Co-op Academy Delius since 2011 and senior leader in education since 2004. He has worked with SCITT and Schools Direct programmes across Leeds, York and Bradford for many years and is a visiting lecturer at Leeds Beckett, Leeds Trinity & Leeds Universities on SEND. For 5 years, Rob has run an internship programme for Leeds University across all Bradford Special Schools working with BSc Psychology undergraduates to gain experience within SEND.

Together, Liz and Rob design and lead the SEND element of our Co-op Academies Teacher Training programme for our Primary cohort.
