As one of our Trust Directors of Primary Curriculum, Josh works closely with Carys to support the Primary Schools across the trust in developing the Intent, Implementation and Impact of their curriculum offers. This includes liaising with school leaders, providing in-school support and guidance and ensuring a breadth of networking opportunities for each subject. Within the Co-op Teacher Training programme, Josh sits on our Primary applications and interview panel and supports the delivery of a range of content for our primary trainees during their subject and pedagogical knowledge CPD sessions.
