The Co-op Academies Trust Professional Development Institute (PDI) is here to enhance the professional growth and expertise of all our staff, and to share our knowledge with the wider education community.
Since 2020, we've developed a comprehensive Continuous Professional Development (CPD) offer. Our PDI aims to promote excellence in teaching, leadership, and operational practices by providing high-quality professional development opportunities.
Crucially, we design, deliver, and advertise programmes specifically for external delegates so we can share our best practice and establish Co-op Academies Trust as a leader in education innovation.
