I am part of the Trust’s SEND & Inclusion Team, working across a range of primary, secondary, and special academies, with a main focus on secondary settings. My role centres on evaluating and enhancing SEND provision across the Trust, supporting academies and staff to deliver high-quality inclusive practice that enables every pupil to achieve their full potential.

Working alongside my SEND Team colleagues and in collaboration with other Trust staff, I provide strategic direction and tailored CPD designed to give both staff and pupils the best possible support. While my main partnerships are with SENDCos and senior leaders, I am also able to offer guidance to individual teachers when required.
