Our Trust has partnered with the First Story’s Young Writers Programme, giving our academies the opportunity to join a network of young writers discovering the power of storytelling.
On Wednesday 19th June, the Dragon’s Den Final took place at Co-op’s Head Office, with Co-op Academy Bebington being crowned the winners!

On 29 and 31 May, volunteers from delivery company, DHL, transformed Co-op Academy Friarswood’s environmental garden. Nestled in the centre of the primary school, the quad, previously overgrown with trees, has now been renovated to its former glory.
22 students from our Trust recently composed a 2 hour concert, performed by professional musicians at the the Royal Northern College of Music on 9th May. The 25 pieces drew inspiration from a Science workshop, held at the Science and Industry Museum.

Co-op Academy Belle Vue, on Hyde Road in Manchester, receives an Outstanding Ofsted rating during their March inspection. The academy opened in September 2021 as part of Co-op Academies Trust.
