As one second Trust Directors of Primary Curriculum, Carys works closely with Josh to support the Primary Schools across the trust in developing the Intent, Implementation and Impact of their curriculum offers. She has been a welcomed member of the central trust team,working hard to liaise with school leaders, provide in-school support and guidance whilst ensuring a breadth of networking opportunities for each subject. Within the Co-op Teacher Training programme, Carys sits on our Primary applications and interview panel and supports the delivery of a range of content for our primary trainees during their subject and pedagogical knowledge CPD sessions.
