New to EYFS
The 'New to EYFS' course is offered to support any practitioners new to early years or those wanting to further develop or refresh their knowledge about EYFS.
What will I get from the day?
3 Things You Will Take Home
-
You’ll leave knowing exactly how to build a learning sequence that actually works for real children, without getting buried under mountains of paperwork.
-
Communication, physical development, and social skills aren't 'add-ons'—they are the literal bedrock of early learning. We’ll look at why focusing heavily on these three areas is the ultimate shortcut to getting great results in early math and literacy later on.
-
You'll walk away with a clear, realistic approach to day-to-day assessment and a stress-free plan for completing the end-of-year EYFS Profile.
This course isn’t about lecturing you or burying you in more paperwork. It’s a practical, feet-on-the-ground guide to understanding how our youngest children actually learn, and how you can build a brilliant, manageable curriculum that works for them (and you!)
