  • Our Trust set to receive almost 1 million pound funding to boost maths progress

    Co-op Academies Trust is delighted to be granted £960,000 funding from the Maths Excellence Fund. The Fund exists to encourage more young people to attain and progress in maths, increasing numbers of students staying on the maths pathway to A-Level. It has a special focus on students from disadvantaged backgrounds, where a huge difference can be made to help unlock opportunities.

  • Florence MacWilliams secures planning permission

    Co-op Academy Florence MacWilliams, a new secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent, has received approval to start their new temporary building. The temporary school will house 120 students for three terms, situated on the plot of land that provides access to the school’s permanent site.

  • Florence MacWilliams set to join Co-op Academies Trust

The new free school is about to begin construction for their multi-million-pound building in the south of Stoke-on-Trent, overlooking Weston Woods. With an aim to be parents first choice for their child, the new academy will help provide necessary student spaces for growing numbers in the local community.
