Teaching History is a key role within the Academy, ensuring that the Academy’s vision of excellence and success is achieved within this core department. Through having the highest expectations, they will be able to continue to drive up standards of achievement, attainment and enjoyment for the subject so that all pupils can make exceptional progress. We are oversubscribed and were judged to be a good school in our recent Ofsted inspection.

Built in 2012, the academy is set on nine acres of land, and boasts a range of creative spaces which could be utilised by the successful applicant. Since March 2016, the academy has been part of The Co-op Academies Trust and embodies the vision and values of the Trust through all it seeks to achieve. We are now proud to be a Good School.
