Senior Academy Administration Officer (Internal Vacancy)

  • Contract type - Permanent | 37 hours per week (part-time hours may be considered) | Term-time + 10 days
  • Salary range - Actual Salary: £20,920 - £23,150 | (£23,953 - £25,927 FTE) (SCP 15-19)

We’re looking for an exceptional Administration Officer to supervise and co-ordinate the daily operations of our administration team; someone who will work closely with department leads and other colleagues in the academy to enhance the teaching, learning and working experience through the provision of high quality administrative support.

Our ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and someone with bags of focus who is able to resist the distractions of working in a busy and varied environment.  With keen attention to detail, the person appointed will also link with colleagues in our Trust’s comms team, taking a lead role in the design and delivery of the academy’s internal and external communications, including those published online.

And of course, you’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
