We’re looking for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant at Co-op Academy Leeds; someone who will deliver effective learning and inclusion interventions, raising attainment and progress through innovative and engaging practice.
Passionate about working with SEN students, you will be a pivotal, senior member of our committed SEN team. Working closely with our SENCO, you will develop learning materials, lead small classes, contribute to reintegration planning and work with other teams across the Academy to deliver the best experience for our students.
You’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
