Operations Manager

  • Contract type - Permanent: Full time, term-time only plus 20 days
  • Salary range - £31,346 - £33,782 FTE £28,998 - £31,251 pro rata

We require an Operations Manager to work at Co-op Academy Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to hold a pivotal role, responsible for a wide and varied remit overseeing all aspects of our Academy’s operations. You will work closely with HR, Finance and Administration colleagues to ensure our Academy is sufficiently staffed, and is a safe and healthy working environment.

You will also be highly organised, possess excellent communication skills and have experience in a senior professional role. The ideal candidate will be working towards a SBM or another relevant level four qualification.
