Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire we’re looking for an Office Manager to ensure that all aspects of the Business Team administrative support operates efficiently, effectively, professionally and proactively across our two Academies (Co-op Academy Grange, Co-op Academy Southfield and the Pathfinder Vocational Centre).
Reporting to the Business Manager as the Office Manager you’ll have overall management of the support staff associated with the delivery of the administrative service to ensure the delivery of a professional customer focussed service is provided at all times in a fast-paced busy environment.
As well as possessing the right skills and experience you’ll lead the administrative service and be able to build strong working relationships with and influence others. Educated to GCSE Maths and English at Grade 3 or above or equivalent is essential as is a current First Aid Certificate (or will be required to undertake on commencement). Business / management orientated degree or professional qualification ie. Level 4 Diploma in School Business Management would be desirable.
If you have experience of leading staff and undertaking supervisions, performance management, training, mentoring and handling grievance issues coupled with excellent organisational and time management skills we’d like to hear from you.
