- To be a Head of Year for a particular year group in the academy.
- To take the lead on all aspects of pastoral care for a year group including behaviour and attendance.
- To monitor the academic progress of students within a year group.
- To develop positive and professional working relationships with the families of students within a year group.
This is a key position in a supportive, vibrant and diverse academy community offering the opportunity to make a substantial contribution to our pastoral system and make a significant difference to the lives of young people in North Manchester.
