Inclusion Support Worker

  • Contract type - Temporary to July 2021– 37 hours per week – Term time + 5 days
  • Salary range - SCP 7-11 (B3) - £17,108 - £18,518 (Actual salary)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Behaviour and Inclusion Team, you will be working alongside our dedicated and experienced colleagues in a rewarding and highly varied role.

As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will engage with our students to overcome barriers to learning. Working as a member of the Inclusion team, you will work with students on an individual basis and with groups of students who experience behavioural difficulties.

Experience of supporting young people and a commitment to inclusion is essential. You will be highly motivated, supportive, enthusiastic, a strong communicator and a proactive team member.
