As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will engage with our students to overcome barriers to learning. Working as a member of the Inclusion team, you will work with students on an individual basis and with groups of students who experience behavioural difficulties.

Experience of supporting young people and a commitment to inclusion is essential. You will be highly motivated, supportive, enthusiastic, a strong communicator and a proactive team member. Of course, you will do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
