We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to support our academies in West Yorkshire.
You’ll work collaboratively and flexibly to lead the team to deliver HR services across the region. This is a brand new post, to increase capacity within the Trust’s HR team.
You’ll work closely with the Chief Education Officer and Headteachers to drive school improvement through effective and professional HR support across the full employee life-cycle. This will involve managing complex employee relations cases and dealing with HR policy queries, supporting organisational change, upskilling line managers (and other HR colleagues) and supporting the Trust’s growth! You’ll be an active member of our wider HR team, working across the Trust to support casework, deliver training, and lead on HR workstreams.
Are you CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with experience of advising a wide range of employee issues within a school setting? A pragmatic team-player with great organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative?
