Co-op Academy Portland is looking for a highly talented HLTA with a particular strength in literacy. Required to support literacy provision across KS2 including weekly PPA cover in literacy skills and 1:1/small group interventions. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing their own time, preparing effective resources and intervention material and will bring a wealth of knowledge in supporting our SEND pupils.
The successful candidate will be an inspirational, resilient, and motivated practitioner. A team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. A creative and forward-thinking HLTA who expects and maintains the highest standards of pupil achievement who has that all-important sense of humour, bundles of energy and a real love of making a difference to children.
