We are seeking an experienced Growth Strategy Manager to support our growth target and improve the standards of all our academies
Due to the continued expansion of our Multi-Academy Trust, we are recruiting an Growth Strategy Manager who will work collaboratively and flexibly with the Trust Project Manager in identify potential new schools/ academies, liaising with and assisting in their consultation with key stakeholders (Executive Headteachers/ Headteacher, Governing Bodies and Trust SLT), outlining the Trust’s growth strategy and due diligence process including preparing reports for SLT and Trust Board.
You will work closely with the Chief Education officers, Trust Board and the Chief Operating Officer to drive Trust Growth through recruiting new schools, delivering, and achieving the aims and objectives we have set this year derived from our five-year strategic plan. A key part of the role will be to support the schools joining the Trust in the transition for the first 100 days.
You will have previous experience of developing and delivering successful development/growth programmes and have achieved high levels of professional credibility with highly effective school/ academy leaders and other leaders in education including those with a national profile.
You will be required to travel between academies across the Trust, prioritise, work efficiently and accurately, particularly under pressure, to deadlines and using your own initiative. Own transport and a willingness to travel and work flexibly (with due notice) is essential.
