Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire we have an exciting and immediate opportunity for a Leader / Coach to add capacity to our Fresh Start literacy intervention programme. This opportunity is fixed term until July 2022.

Reporting directly to the Curriculum Leader MFL-EAL;

  • You’ll ensure high standards of delivery of the FreshStart Programme leads to outstanding progress and attainment (Reading Age above 9.5 and bridging the chronological age for all students within Key Stage 3 and 4 Fresh Start
  • You’ll liaise with teaching and support staff within the Area and be responsible for teaching and supporting staff within Fresh Start as negotiated with the Curriculum Leader.
  • You’ll support the Reading Leader / Curriculum Leader MFL-EAL in all aspects of the leadership and management of the Fresh Start

If you are educated to A Level / NVQ Level 4 or equivalent (or have significant relevant experience) including GCSE English and Maths (A – C) equivalent we would like to hear from you. It is essential you have teaching, youth work or social work experience and possess HLTA Status or equivalent
