Our Engagement Manager will work with new academies, from a communications, marketing and brand perspective, as they begin their Co-op journey. You’ll support them to migrate over to our communications channels and explore new engagement channels.
You’ll induct and lead new academies joining the Co-op Academies Trust supporting the Trust’s strategic aims. This role involves:
- Working with academy staff to develop and manage a branded website, and to appropriately use social media, digital content and print media to enable good engagement with parents, students and the local community
- Supporting academies in engaging with their own internal colleagues about the Co-op values and the benefits of joining the Trust and the wider Co-op movement.
