We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Subject Leader of Science; someone who will work alongside the Subject Leader in evaluating the effectiveness of Science and developing a holistic approach to teaching, learning and intervention in Science to ensure all students achieve their potential.
At the top of your game, you’ll be an inspirational classroom practitioner, positively influencing the practice of others through inventive approaches to coaching and mentoring whilst at the same time delivering effective teaching and learning and raising attainment and progress through innovative first-wave teaching, tracking and intervention.
But above all, you’ll have a genuine commitment to teaching and developing a love of learning amongst young Scientists.
You’ll do all this whilst capturing the spirit of our vision and values and whilst role-modelling exceptional professional behaviours.
