The Assistant Principal – Personal Development, will have strategic leadership of our personal development programme, including CEIAG, PSHE/RSE and enrichment. The role will be crucial in developing our whole-school culture and ethos, ensuring that pupils at Co-op Academy Walkden receive a rich personal development curriculum, in the broadest sense, which promotes positive attitudes and develops the ‘character’ to equip them for life in the modern world.
