Mags Bradbury

Alongside being a Board Director of the Co-operative Academies Trust, Mags is an Associate Director in a large NHS multi hospital trust based in Central Manchester. Mags leads, for Central Manchester University Hospital Trust (CMFT), the work on widening participation, social value, inclusion and diversity. She is also a governor of the Manchester Health Academy sponsored by CMFT.

Prior to this role Mags worked for the Co-operative Group where she established the Co-operative Academies Trust and worked in partnership with the first schools during their conversion to become Co-operative Group sponsored Academies.  Mags was responsible for wide range of projects including the wider Co-operative Group schools engagement programme,  a young people’s film festival and the Co-operative Groups membership diversity programme. During her time at the Co-operative Group, Mags was a member of the International Co-operative Alliance Gender committee and a board member of the Schools Co-operative Society.

Mags has worked in both the private and public sector roles before joining the Co-operative Group, she has a Masters degree in International studies from the University of Leeds.
